About Patricia Street Deli

Glen Leitch started Patricia Street Deli 20 years ago with a simple mission: create delicious sandwiches for the active locals and all the visitors that descend upon us in the summers—to have a delicious healthy lunch on their hikes, bikes, canoe and road trips. We are still a bonafide mom & pop shoppe. Our decor may be kitsch but it is with love.

Not a whole lot has changed in the past 20 years besides the desire to perfect what we offer. In-house roast beef, turkey and, of course, the famous ‘The Bird.’  We source quality fresh ingredients to make our sandwiches, soups, desserts and rotisserie chicken dinners.  We strive to uphold humanist values and to be ethical stewards of the environment and our local and global community.  

 

As Glen and his wife, Wendy, get a few extra days off these days, you may see them, or the next generation, Jaimie and Dustin, slingin’ some fine fare in the shoppe on most days.   Even though we get lined up, we want to learn about our visitors passing through or on a once-in-a-lifetime trip.  We are not a fast food joint!
